The Indie Karoo Film Festival was founded in 2015 and is the brainchild of film maker, Co-Owner of the Showroom Theatre and local resident, Johnny Breedt. The festival creates a platform for independent film makers and storytellers producing cutting-edge feature, documentary, experimental and short films, by introducing audiences to some of South Africa’s most exciting emerging talent.
